The building that is being moved into the Municipality will need to be inspected by the building inspector
prior to permits being issued. A pre-inspection fee ($100) is required to cover the building
inspector’s services.
- Fill out all information required for the moving section of the form
- Date & sign form

- Indicate the location (ie) Lot/Block & Sunnyside Beach
- The applicant’s name & address & best contact #
- The proposed development: New Residence
- Attach a site sketch: An aerial view of lot showing size of lot & visual placement of proposed new residence, indicating the number of feet from the new residence to all sides of the lot and from existing garage/ accessory building if applicable
- Date & sign for
Fee $0.55/ square foot
- Fill in all owner information as required
- Fill in information Re: Building specs (Foundation/heating/roofing, etc)
- Fill in information Re: Square footage & estimated value of construction
- Attach blueprints
- Date & sign form
- Provide our office with completed Contractor List and attach to Building Permit Application
*ALL PERMITS ARE VALID FOR 1 YEAR FROM ISSUING DATE*
