                                      $1000.00 with basement

2) Development Permit Application 

Fee $100.00

• Indicate the location (ie) Lot/Block & Sunnyside Beach
• The applicant’s name & address & best contact #
• The proposed development: Demolish existing residence/cottage
• Date & sign form

*ALL PERMITS ARE VALID FOR 1 YEAR FROM ISSUING DATE*
