• Attach a site sketch: An aerial view of lot showing size of lot & visual placement of
proposed new garage, indicating the number of feet from the new garage to all
sides of the lot and from the existing residence.
• Date & sign form
Fee $0.30/ square foot
• Fill in all owner information as required
• Fill in information Re: Building specs (Foundation/heating/roofing, etc)
• Fill in information Re: Square footage & estimated value of construction
• Attach blueprints
• Date & sign form
• Provide our office with completed Contractor List and attach to Building
Permit Application
