Building Inspector Information

Building Inspector

The following inspections must be carried out during construction by the building inspector:

• Footing Inspection
• Pre backfill inspection- where required
• Framing inspection before poly and insulation installed
• Poly and insulation inspection
• Final inspection

It is up to the builder to contact the inspector for these inspections.

Phone the Building Inspector for follow up inspections. Notice of 24 hours must be given for inspections.
Please notify the inspector prior to construction.
